Santan Village - Gilbert, AZ

Santan MotorPlex - Gilbert, AZ
(NWC of Val Vista Drive/Santan Freeway)
The Santan Motorplex will be the largest automall in the State of Arizona. The site is located on 120 acres with the first dealership scheduled to open in 2007.
Main Street Commons - Gilbert, AZ
This 45 acre site will be a three phased, 540,000 square feet mixed-use project. When completed, Main Street Commons will feature an open-air, mixed-use urban district that will provide national and local retailers, dining and entertainment all within a streetscape that focuses on pedestrian walkways.
Rome Towers - Gilbert, AZ
Rome Towers is a 110,000 square feet mixed-use development currently under construction and scheduled to open in mid 2007. The building will stand at five-stories with ground level retail and four-stories of office condominiums with suites ranging in size from 1,500 to 26,500 square feet.
Mercy Gilbert Medical Center - Gilbert, AZ
This 100 acre site is a diversified medical campus with 60 acres designated for the main medical center and 40 acres for surrounding medical office use. Construction was completed in early 2006 and included 356,000 square feet of medical uses. A newly constructed 60,000 s.f. medical office building was recently added to the campus.
Banner Gateway Medical Center - Gilbert, AZ
Banner Gateway Medical Center is now under construction at the SWC of Higley Road and the Superstition Freeway. The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion in late 2007. The first phase includes 377,000 square feet of medical uses and a 93,000 s.f. medical office facility adjacent to the main center.
Intel's Fab 32 - Chandler, AZ
Chandler was at the center of one of Arizona's biggest stories of the year [2005] when Intel picked the city for its $3 billion expansion. The expansion means the company will hire as many as 1,000 engineers and technicians to staff the plant, called Fab 32. Construction already is employing 3,000 workers.

Estrella Falls - Goodyear, AZ
Estrella Falls is a 300-acre, mixed-use regional retail destination being developed by Westcor. It will be in Goodyear north of Interstate 10 at Estrella and PebbleCreek parkways. The typical size of this regional center in Arizona is 1.3 million square feet.
Airpark Area - Scottsdale, AZ
Just under 2 million square feet of office space is planned in the area with maybe a quarter or more of it set to open in 2007. Development of 11 large office buildings in the Scottsdale Airpark area has pushed employment beyond 50,000 jobs, a benchmark that observers thought was at least four years away. Scottsdale Airpark's growth is spread over 2,900 acres, roughly northwest of Cactu Road and Loop 101 and including Kierland and adjacent commercial areas on the Phoenix side of Scottsdale Road.
Williams Trade Zone - Mesa, AZ
Paragon Properties hopes to break ground at its Williams Trade Zone - a 902-acre industrial and mixed-use Development - by the end of the year [2007], said Jerry McCormick, first vice president at CB Richard Ellis. Reliance-Williams Gateway LLC plans to begin work on a 50,000-square-foot warehouse-office building at Sossaman Road and Velocity Way, McCormick said. First Industrial Realty Trust could break ground in late 2007
on 3 million square feet of planned industrial, office and retail space at the corner of Ellsworth and Elliot roads, he said. "I think this is an area that's going to go crazy," he said.
